Grant Czadzeck, is the Communications Manager for the Merck Foundation initiative called Bridging the Gap: Reducing Disparities in Diabetes Care. They work in the National Program Office at the University of Chicago. Grant has more than 15 years of multimedia experience in education and mass communication technologies. Grant specializes in photo and video production and has successfully produced award-winning online courses and documentaries. Grant is excited to bring his passion for communications to Bridging the Gap: Reducing Disparities in Diabetes Care.
